Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Cubic Removals Manager. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cubic Removals Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and CubiCal Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of service

Cubic Removals Manager is a business management platform for UK removal companies. The Service includes job management, quoting, invoicing, fleet management, staff management, reporting, and access to the CubiCal lead marketplace.

The Service is provided on a tiered access basis — Foundation, Professional, and Complete — available as one-time lifetime purchases or monthly subscriptions.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@cubicremovalsmanager.com.

Access is granted following our review and approval of your registration request. We reserve the right to refuse access without explanation.

4. Payment terms — lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime purchases grant permanent access to the purchased tier. Lifetime access includes all future updates and features added to that tier.

Refund policy: Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of the Service. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Lifetime access cannot be transferred to another company or individual.

5. Payment terms — monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions grant access to the purchased tier while payments are current. Access is suspended if a monthly payment fails.

Every monthly payment counts toward the lifetime purchase price for that tier. Once the cumulative total reaches the lifetime price (Foundation: £149, Professional: £179 upgrade, Complete: £184 upgrade), access is permanently unlocked — no further payments required for that tier.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Suspended accounts retain all data for 90 days. Access is restored immediately upon resumption of payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code • Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties • Use the Service in a way that damages our reputation or that of our partners

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Your data

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (jobs, customers, quotes, invoices). We process this data solely to provide the Service.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

On termination of your account, you may request an export of your data within 90 days. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Lead marketplace

The lead marketplace connects removal companies with potential customers who have used the CubiCal volume calculator. Lead purchases are non-refundable once contact details have been revealed.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or conversion rate of leads. Leads may be sold to multiple removal companies in different geographic areas.

You agree to use lead contact details only for the purpose of providing removal services and not to add contacts to marketing lists without their consent.

9. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

We are not liable for any loss of business or data resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

11. Intellectual property

All software, design, content, and branding within the Service is owned by CubiCal Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The CubiCal name, Cubic Removals Manager name, and associated logos are trademarks of CubiCal Ltd.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
